Unfortunately, I just installed a new Xymon deployment for a client yesterday! lol
It's OK though, I have not rolled it out to them yet, so it will be 4.3.13 before they ever see it. :)

Great, I missed the "Changes" file - my bad. You should still consider updating RELEASENOTES for 4.3.13 tho - otherwise it makes little sense - at least to me :)
