hello, i am not getting client status on my dashboard for installed clients i.e. disk,cpu etc...

Logs of bb-display.log says,

i can telnet to 172.29.2.252: at port 1984 from client.

Also,i am not able to see man [pages though they are configured .when done man bb-hosts,it says no mannual entry found..help
