windows server 2012 --purple
Hello, I have a problem with monitoring Xymon for Windows 2012 servers, the tag's CPU, disk, memory, etc. They are in purple that means ceased to be monitored by Xymon. And turn off the firewall and does not work. Could you help me please.

Are you using BBWin on the Windows 2012 servers? If so, is BBWin service running? Run "sc query BBWin" from CMD.EXE window to make sure BBWin is installed and running.
