Speaking of Solaris 10 issues... I have upgraded gcc and broke hobbit (technically broke more than hobbit, but that is another story). I have done the ./mkheaders thing for the sunfreeware version of gcc.

I don't unsterstand the reason why it failed. I didn't use gcc from sun to compile my 4.2.0.
Looks like change gcc version will help according to this thread.
