Hi
I like the notice option which works fine with the following rule
HOST=%(.*) MAIL notify at here.net NOTICE
However I am also receiving RED alerts to this notify at here.net address. This email address is not in any where else in my hobbit-alerts.cfg file.
According to the man page and I excerpt
"NOTICE Rule matches if the message is a "notify" message. This type of message is sent when a host or test is disabled or enabled."
I should only get "notify" messages to my notify at here.net address.
Am I misreading the man page?
Thanks

Add a NOALERT after the NOTICE, and you won't get the alert messages.

Let me get this straight. So if I like to get RED alert to the address notify at here.net through a different rule in hobbit-alerts.cfg it will still work right?

Can you send a patch for maint.pl so you get only one alert per submit?
That is how maint.pl used to work.
In other words say I select hostA's ALL services and hostB's conn service to disable for two hours then notify sends one email per host.service. I rather have just one email per submit.
Thanks
Henrik
