It's the difference between the clock reported in the client message, and the clock on the Hobbit server.
See the CLOCK section in the hobbit-clients.cfg(5) man-page.

This difference 15 seconds came yesterday after installing yesterdays snapshot. The difference means that there is a delay between client and server. They are the same machine.
