Regarding the hobbit-alerts.cfg, it is possible to delay the sending of the email alerts using the DURATION option.

Is it also possible to do it with the bbdisplay? I mean, can I also set time duration with the test service before it changes its colors?

For example, LOAD 5.0 10.0

If the average cpu load reaches 5.0 it will first wait for the specified time duration before it turns its color to yellow. Otherwise, it will stay with green.
