It looks like you're missing the pcre.
Check this page for prerequisites http://hobbitmon.sourceforge.net/docs/install.html
And pcre can be downloaded from www.pcre.org (or rpmfind.net for rpms)

Ive got a different problem while compiling hobbit 4.1
