I have Xymon 4.3.0-0.beta2 running on CentOS 5.4.
I have a device with a client running on it that is being removed.
I Acknowledge the RED by entering: 1000 minutes and a message describing the event and hit Enter
I have tried checking the Ack Multiple box and not checking the box
I tried to just enter the info on the bottom line and do Send - still no change.
I get back this message: even if done more than once
The ICON for conn stays a RED smiley face and never changes to a RED checkmark.
What am I doing wrong? L
I can DISABLE the device with no problems.
Thanks,
Tom Schmitt
