Think this got lost in the flurry of 4.3 emails

Is there something I can do to help troubleshoot this? I don't mind digging in the code.

The problem is, if I have downtime on my Hobbit sevrer (not the clients), I get buried in emails when the server comes back up. I have to kill sendmail (usually I pull the network while its down) and flush /var/spool/clientmqueue.

Henrik said that there was supposed to be a 10 minute delay before going purple on a server startup, but it seems to be not working.
