I'm running Xymon 4.2.3 on Solaris 9. At least some of the time when I visit bb-ack.sh, I get nothing on the page ("No active alerts"). It's not true. Often times, I can go back to the front page (Views/Main View) and go back to the ack page all over and there will be something there (though, often, not everything will show).

Any ideas on where to start troubleshooting this, or if there's some behavior of this script I'm not realizing?
