I think its best if there is at least a team of 4-5 people who could drive the project and allow henrik to concentrate on the code if he has time..

I second this idea. Project admin who drive this project , should have at least 3 (not good but acceptable) and ideal at 5(good) persons.
This way the important project arguments can be voted on and no single point of failure.
