If you are running Xymon client 'apt' test on an Ubuntu (maybe others) system, you may face unexpected issue related to phased packages updates. I've reported the issue to Ubuntu: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/hobbit-plugins/+bug/2003062

The fix is available in the bug report and is really easy to implement and validate.
