Hi,
I'm about to install the new 4.3.2 version.
I got some old xymon install notes that said these are the required dependencies. Is this list correct for Solaris 10?
I googled around but couldn't find anything.

Pretty much all of those would be required, rrdtool will need the graphics stuff and the c compiler will be need by all. Depending on your Solaris install some of those, like gcc, might already be under /usr/sfw/bin. All are avail on sunfreeware dot com if you choose to go with prebuilt pacakges.
