Syntax is fine, it did delay actually as soon as my delay email reached hobbit. However my only concern is that the acklog is empty. Is that normal?

There's a bug in the handling of "hobbitdack" commands. The "ack ack_event" command (which does the same thing) does work.

I've fixed it for RC3, also cleaned up the acknowledgment displays on both the BB2 page and the status page.
