Just a hint, you can specify multiple tests in one DOWNTIME specification. So for example:
DOWNTIME=ACL1,ACL2:5:2300:2359:check_op_con,...
I doubt this would help though, but might shorten your config a bit. Interestingly, an example in the Changes file uses a semicolon instead of a comma to separate the different DOWNTIME specifications, so perhaps see if that helps.
Have you looked at the "info" page for the server? It should show what Xymon thinks are the down-times for that server. Can you confirm that this page matches your expectations?

I will look at the info this weekend. My expectation is to NOT to receive any alerts about these ALC on weekends, but I still do, and all the recipients of alerts related to this specific server are getting them. I will also organize them as you suggested, thank you.

It's still not working, I also changed it in the shorter format you suggested, but still nothing. It's supposed to NOT alert me right now but it does.... [PURPLE] Stopped Reporting. I'd like it to be blue instead until Sunday midday

so I eventually figured this out and I had to upgrade to build 19 or 20 maybe, because the DOWNTIME parameter wasn't doing it for purple, only for red or yellow. Once I upgraded, it's flawlessly now, no more weekend email floods :)
