Hi,
I have a question. Is there a way to setup xymon to have multiple
status pages? What I want to do is to have let us say hosts 1-5 showing on one page with users 2-10 having access and hosts 6-12 on another page with users 14-20 having access.

Read the hosts.cfg manpage at http://xymon.sourceforge.net/xymon/help/manpages/man5/hosts.cfg.5.html
Scroll down to the 'XYMONGEN DISPLAY OPTIONS' section. Once you get the pages appearing on your Xymon site the way you want just add your credentials using .htaccess rules or whatever other method you want to set up.
Thank you.

Hi,
I have the pages configured the way I want, I have separated 2
users. But I have run into a problem. User A is able to click on All non-green view and he can then see all the events from user B as well. If I try to deny User A from going to /home/xymon/server/www to prevent this then user A does not get a complete page. Do you know of a way I can get around this? I am trying to do a setup where user A does not see anything from user B.

Would you have any examples I can follow.

I've customized my menus and removed those global links for just this reason.

You'll find the menu file you need to edit in /xymon/server/etc/xymonmenu.cfg
I've attached a sample of mine with a few things redacted. All I've done is hide the stuff I don't want visible. You could delete the lines if you don't want anyone to be able to view the page source and get the url's. You should save the original menu file so YOU don't lose the url's. :-)
Thank you.
