With Hobbit, this was usually because the trailing / was not included in the URL...it should look like

In /var/apache2/logs/error_log I get the following message: [Mon Jan 19 12:47:49 2009] [error] [client 172.19.1.199] File does not exist: /var/apache2/htdocs/xymon
