Hi Akshar,
There is a cli utility that I use, it is called vim. If you are on windows you can use notepad. There might be some web based applications that you can integrate to manage Xymon with. You can check http://www.deadcat.net/ to see if they have what you are looking for. I think there is another site for xymon plugins but I don't recall the url at the moment.

I think it's called hobbittools. It adds a configuration link in the admin menu. You can show/hide every config file in server/etc and, based on permissions, make them ro or rw.
