It's possible that you don't have enough shared memory, you can try to change the 4096 to something less like 1024 or 2048. it depends from the size of your cfg2html generated file.

Fixed, seems the MAXMSG_NOTES="4096" declaration caused the problem? - probably something I did wrong...anyway sorry for spamming the list and now I'm back to trying to get the notes thing to work :)
