Status report - email
Hi Is there any method within XYMON that one could send out a day end summary of what is reported on daily within XYMON? I use the alerts.cfg to issue email alerts however in this case if I have a summary report created is there mechanism in XYMON that would allow me to send that report out daily ? Thanks
I wrote a script to read the notifications.log file to summarize any pages, etc.

You could script a call to the Eventlog CGI (see the 'Reports' -> 'Event log report' menu in Xymon). Given the right URL with start/end time, it will send you an HTML page with the events that happened yesterday. Stuff that into an e-mail, and you should be done.
