On a Windows 2012 R2 Virtual Machine with 1 CPU and 4 GB RAM, every 5 minutes (when XymonPSClient v2.41 run its "data collection") the CPU usage goes to 100%: 65% CPU usage by svchost.exe (LocalServiceNetworkRestricted) 35% CPU usage by powershell.exe

Is it normal?
