How can I change my SMS alert to display just the top line of the regular email alert.

For example I just want this to be sent via sms:

yellow Fri Jan 19 12:48:14 CST 2007 - Filesystems NOT ok &yellow /f01 (83% used) has reached the WARNING level (83%)

The end goal is to customize the alert to only send.
