histlogs has less than 5% free space - disabling save of data for 5 minutes

Shouldn't we get an alarm for this? Perhaps it is in the docs somewhere but your 5% free space may be my plenty of space left.

The "--minimum-free=N" option can be used to tune the 5% to something else.
