I am getting no report for an external/extension script but hobbit server shows red instead of purple and absolutely no data in there
I looked at hobbitd_client manual to add any option necessary to hobbitlaunch.cfg file but not seeing anything appropriate.

Did you specific a log in your hobbitlaunch.cfg and is there anything in the log file which would indicate where your problem lies?

Not really. I do not have access to the server where hobbit client is running. Nevertheless, the column should be purple just for the fact that no report is coming Just to make sure I am not getting any report I did the following test I tried to look at the status channel using hobbitd_capture for this particular host (say myhost) (hobbit)@hobbit:~/server/bin$ ./bbcmd hobbitd_channel --channel=status hobbitd_capture --hosts=myhost --tests=prtdiag and it shows like this So I am actually getting two reports for same host.service and the second one is just empty with red alert. And when the first is coming in at 1227651619.778887, the second one is coming in less than 1 sec later at 1227651620.314966 I guess time to have a talk with the server administrator who is running hobbit client and then fix it on his side Thanks
