Sounds like a new config option to me! Since very opinionated people can make a passionate case for either approach!

What color should the status be when you haven't defined any checks? Green (OK) ? or clear (nothing to report) ?

Right now it's "clear", but I can be made to change my mind.

Same goes for the "files" check.
