Please post your entire alerts.cfg entry. . I page on services being down all the time without issue using the "SERVICE=" tag. I bet you have a formatting problem on those lines.

Hi guys, Simple question, probably answered somewhere but I can't find it.

How do I alert only on a service (win) that is down? I tried Services=svcs in hobbit-alert and it didn't work
