The bbgen page starts with this:

I noticed the same thing.
bbgen turned yellow, this is displayed on the status page:
Error output: Unknown option : --larrd043
Goes away when I take that option out of bbgen command line in hobbitlaunch.cfg. Must be an artifact from all the other RC/beta releases.

yeah, that option was dropped in RC6 since it no longer makes any sense. It was in the default setup of hobbitlaunch.cfg for the earlier versions, you can just remove it.
