I just want to let you know that i've modified the checkwin agent in the Xymonton Monitors tab: http://xymonton.org/ Now this script works with the more powerfull check_nrpe nagios binary instead of the check_nt one. This script uses the nagios agent "NSClient++" that must be installed on the windows servers.

Reason why I can't use BBWin: I needed a mechanism that allows Xymon to pull data from a windows machine and not a push mechanism like BBWin does. I've added the following features: cpu, disk, memory, uptime, services, procs, files, bbwin external script support.

Todo in the near future:

• event log check.
• task scheduler check.
