Hello again

When you say "xymon is not running", do you mean "xymon.sh" or "hobbitd", because xymon.sh is running but "hobbitd" is not. If I do:

"ps -ef | grep hobbitd"

l only get: "root 30114 5880 0 14:28 pts/1 00:00:00 grep hobbitd".

I tried to start the service using: "service hobbitd start" but I get the "not recognised service" message.

Xymon is installed on Centoos and firewall is disabled on the windows client.

Thanks for your reply. When I click on "Ghostlist" I get the following message:

"Failed to retrieve ghostlist from server" You either have a serious configuration problem with your setup, or Xymon is not running.
