Fair enough – it must be something to do with analysis.cfg then.
The man page is a bit light on information in this area – have you tried \ (backslash-space) for the spaces?
Maybe someone else could chip in with the correct configuration.

Using TaskMgr to view the Services, it 's listed as"NetBackup Client Service"... Since this is our intranet, I can't just cut/paste info.
But using the Internet workstation I can use an example of how it looks.
This is the display in TaskMgr:
And listed in Component Services as:
I also have teh CcmExec service and find it ok.. I wonder if it's related to Services with spaces in
the name. As I've noticed there are very few of them.

Hello, have you tried double clicking the service in services ? Afaik, Service names with whitespaces are not allowed.

That is correct, whitespace in service names are not allowed, but that rule is not enforced and there are services with names that contain whitespace. I learned that the hard way, which is why MrBig allows services to be identified either by their service names or by their display names.
