sms script problem

      when i config sms alert ,i write a script to send message.but when i run
script sms.pl ,i resieve a error:
cs_config(CS_LOC_PROP) failed at /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi/DynaLoader.pm line 249.
what is it?how to do ?
