We have a new external script that we only want to run every 30 minutes between 08:20 and 22:20.
I know I can add a timer value in BBWin.cfg to only run every 30 minutes but I can't seem to find a way to specify that it only runs between 08:20 and 22:20
Does anyone know if there is a way to do this on the Xymon server side as I suspect there is no way to do it on the client side (other than scheduling the script through windows which I want to avoid if possible).

Neil Simmonds

You could use DOWNTIME to mask any alerts that the script generates during the off hours.

Thanks Larry,
I've managed to find time to test this since sending my email to the list and you're right. I didn't expect it to work with a client external test but it does.
I guess Xymon is even smarter than I thought.
Regards,
Neil.
