Please fix the xymon digest settings
Would someone change the list server's digest setting to be less chatty? The listserver sent out 23 digest messages between 6:27 UTC and 13:43 UTC. 22 of which contained only one message.
Based on the digest message subject, there were sent at: 6:27:14, 6:55:11, 7:30:45, 8:54:02, 9:27:05, 9:56:49, 10:42:43, 11:26:01, 11:53:10, 12:10:03, 12:17:26, 12:21:57, 12:48:43, 13:00:06, 13:02:01, 13:04:57, 13:10:27, 13:10:53, 13:22:18, 13:27:51, 13:32:00, 13:38:45, and 13:43:18. It seems silly to 10 single message digest sent within 43 minutes.

Sorry about that. I think I have found out what was happening: There was a threshold set so it would mail a digest message if more than 64 kB worth of message text had accumulated. With the proliferation of HTML emails, this would trigger much too soon.
At least, I hope that was the reason why it was spewing those digests ...
I've changed this now, so it should only send digests if a) it's been more than 24 hours since the last digest message, or b) for every 30 messages.
