It does that when the http-test fails. Because when it couldn't get any data to compare, the real problem might be with the webserver instead of the application generating the content.

Add a "~" in front of the "cont". Like this:

10.0.0.1 www.foo.com # ~cont;http://www.foo.com/;Welcome.to.foo
