/var/run/hobbitclient-runtime.cfg question
Hi,
Some of my colleagues would like the hobbit-client to be cleaner so I'm trying to figure out which files may be deleted safely by the init.d script (patchs will be provided)
What is the file /var/run/hobbitclient-runtime.cfg used for? It seem to be recreated by the init script when starting the client (for debian clients at least), so is it safe to remove it when stopping the client?
Cheers, Gildas

It is Debian specific - it is used to pick up the settings defined through the Debian configuration scheme (in the /etc/default/hobbitclient file) and merge it into the Hobbit configuration.
You can remove it when stopping the client.
