I have the following alert in hobbit-alerts.cfg
MAIL FORMAT=SMS phonenumber at domain.com COLOR=red REPEAT=20
RECOVERED
The alert action happens when it's supposed to, but the admin does not receive the special tiny-size SMS. Instead he receives the large-size email that MAIL FORMAT=TEXT would generate, which his phone service splits up into four separate messages. Has anyone else seen this? Is there something subtle I'm doing wrong?
Thanks, David

Try the rule like so:
MAIL phonenumber at domain.com <mailto:phonenumber at domain.com> COLOR=red REPEAT=20 RECOVERED FORMAT=SMS

Yes, moving "FORMAT=SMS" to the end of the line did the trick. Thanks for the suggestion. David
