I had this same problem with updates after a couple of servers were rebuilt.
I eventually realized that I'd mis-typed the Xymon server IP address. :)
When all else fails, start over from the beginning. :)

Once I successfully rebuilt it, I re-installed the hobbit client and enabled all tests. The tests still show blue however.
What do I need to do to show them enabled. I have already restarted the hobbit server to no avail.
