What means this Stale alert? Why this happens and how to avoid this messages?

A Stale is an alert that was occurring when xymond_alert last saved it's snapshot but is no longer in an alerting state when it was started back up.
This could be because it recovered while xymond was stopped, or the host itself is no longer in the configuration.
