[Xymon] New release for Windows Powershell client!

Hi all,

I have just released version 2.43 of the Windows PowerShell client! https://github.com/xymon-monitoring/xymon-client-windows-powershell/

This release consolidates various improvements and fixes developed over the last few years. It has been thoroughly tested across 784 Windows servers to ensure stability.
