By request, I've uploaded version 0.13 of the BBWin MSI to SourceForge. This is compiled from the current Subversion trunk (revision 238) - we've not tagged it yet. I just wanted to release it to the public - I know there are still unresolved issues, but the latest version does have some important fixes.
Please use the bug reporting on SourceForge to raise any issues.
