[hobbit] Changing the alert disk setting

Make sure you put DEFAULT section at the BOTTOM of the file.

But i only saw that in changelog :

NOTE: If you are upgrading from 4.1.1, you MUST change the ~hobbit/server/etc/hobbit-clients.cfg file and add a line with the text "DEFAULT" before the default settings in the file.
