getting the new "temperature.sh" script working with hobbit

I'm trying to get the new "temperature.sh" script (v5.0) from deadcat working with hobbit, but I notice that it has several new columns that are interfering with the hobbitd_larrd plotting.

My question is basically, what files would I have to modify to get the plotting correct, and would that require a recompile?
