Premature send.
I have 3 sites for which I've configured the ssh test in order to validate that an SFTP service is answering.
This error status has popped up 10 times, today, at last 15 times yesterday.
I'm running Xymon 4.3.27, installed via compiled source RPM from terabithia on a Red Hat 6.6 system.

Good afternoon.
Recently, I've noted quite a few instances of Xymon going yellow for the xymonnet test, with the following output:
Error output: TCPtest error 1 seen on open connection for .ssh

Hi Mike,
Can you see if the following patch helps? There's definitely the output bug (which this should fix), but it's also very curious that you're seeing so many post-open TCP errors. It seems like the previous logic should have caught this before that flag was set, which makes it all the more odd that false negative situations hadn't been noted before.
Ok...I'll just have to figure out how to add the patch to the rpmbuild process. As soon as I figure it out and get it worked in, I'll let you know how I make out.
Mike,
These can be used for testing, if you like:

and http://terabithia.org/rpms/xymon/testing/el6/x86_64/*

I'm an idiot...on this particular server, I forgot that I had installed via tarball. I've applied the originally supplied patch, recompiled and reinstalled. I'll let you know how it goes.
