[Xymon] 4.3.28 Patch

Hi,

I have a old version of Xymon (4.3.11) running with more then 300 clients. I have some customizations on my Xymon, and i dont want to update all Xymon sources There is a patch only for the problem below?

Xymond_alert should now provide more stable behavior when hosts are dropped or alerts go stale between launches.
