Do you have both IP addresses in the XYMSERVERS setting in xymonserver.cfg? Try putting each server's own IP address only. Not entirely sure why it would happen only on one server, but perhaps it has something to do with the order you've listed the IP addresses.

In PA, the xymond button shows most, if not all, of the NY clients as ghosts, with the reporting IP being the IP of the PA hobbit server. NY doesn't have this problem.
