Is there going to be a page up on the main xymon website with links to all of these patches that are getting created for 4.3.3, or do we have to wait till 4.3.4? Like we used to have an "all-in-one" patch?

A very quick fix is to simply discard such hosts when loading the hosts.cfg file. Patch attached, should work against any 4.3.x version.
