BAD tag question

Greetings,

We have a system that has a red CPU alarm every 10 minutes or so for a duration of about 5-6 minutes. Would it be possible to use the BAD tag within the BB hosts file to have the status propagate to bb2 only if it has been red for 10-15 minutes?

I thought that I read a list message relating to this at some point, but I've been unable to locate anything.
