Oversize status msg

I've had a look through the code and can only find an entry in libtool for the c-ares library would like to adjust this up a bit so that we don't get the oversized messages, yes the server that we are getting these from is one of our busier ones.

Latest errormessages: Oversize status msg from x.x.x.x for server:procs truncated (n=264850, limit=262144)
