[Xymon] logstash output for xymon

Would love to see this added as an output to logstash

Actually i have not contacted logstash team to add this output. So if you want use this you need to copy this code to logstash/outputs/xymon.rb. Execute jar -uf logstash-1.1.0.1-monolithic.jar logstash/outputs/xymon.rb to add this on jar file

i have only test this on linux
